Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Nature of Inspection

PDI Plus provides a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to assess the current physical and functional condition of the vehicle. This includes a check of the exterior, interior, tyres, electronics, lights, basic mechanical components, and overall body condition. The inspection report reflects findings visible at the time of inspection and is not a guarantee of future performance.

2. Surface-Level & Non-Mechanical Nature

Our service is strictly visual and functional in nature. We do not dismantle, open, or disassemble any part of the vehicle. No internal diagnostics or mechanical repairs are included.

3. Visual & Non-Invasive Process

Inspections are conducted without removing panels, covers, or accessing closed compartments. Internal parts of the engine, gearbox, suspension, steering, or other hidden systems are not inspected unless visibly accessible.

4. No Prediction of Hidden or Future Damage

PDI Plus is not responsible for hidden defects or issues that may arise after inspection, including but not limited to engine overheating, electrical malfunctions, fuel system failures, or mechanical breakdowns.

5. Legal, Title, or Document Verification

Our inspection does not include verification of ownership documents, RC (Registration Certificate), insurance, loan or hypothecation status, or challans. Customers must verify all documentation independently through official channels.

6. Pricing & Valuation Disclaimer

Any estimated value, if mentioned, is based on the visual condition and market trends. It does not represent a guaranteed resale price, financial evaluation, or legal valuation of the vehicle.

7. Limited Liability & No Warranty

The inspection report only reflects the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection. PDI Plus does not provide any warranty or assurance regarding the vehicle’s performance, reliability, or future resale value.

8. Client Responsibility

The inspection report should be used as one of several factors in making a purchase decision. Customers are advised to conduct additional mechanical checks and complete documentation verification separately.

9. Booking & Charges

  • A booking charge is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable as it covers the visit charge.

  • An additional inspection fee is payable after the inspection is successfully completed.

  • The inspection report will be shared with the customer via WhatsApp on the same day.

▫️The inspection fee covers only one vehicle. For any additional vehicle, a new booking and separate fee will apply.

⚠️ Important
If our team reaches the showroom and, due to any reason — whether from the showroom’s side or the customer’s side — the inspection cannot be carried out, the customer will still be required to pay the full inspection amount.

Therefore, we request you to ensure in advance that the vehicle will be available and ready for inspection at the scheduled time.

10. Appointment & Waiting Policy

  • Our inspection team will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the showroom.

  • If the vehicle is not ready within this time, the booking will be considered consumed/used.

  • Customers must confirm with the showroom that the vehicle will be ready at the scheduled appointment time.

11. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Customers may reschedule once, provided the request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • The same booking amount will apply for the rescheduled appointment.

  • Once our team has reached the location, the appointment cannot be rescheduled, and a new booking will be required.

  • Last-minute cancellations or delays may result in service charges or forfeiture of the booking.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes relating to our services will be governed under Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.

13. Arbitration Clause

By booking our services, the client agrees that any legal disputes will first be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, as per applicable laws.

14. Customer Presence

Clients may be present during the inspection, but it is not mandatory. In the client’s absence, the report prepared by our inspector will be considered final and binding.

15. Inspector Availability & On-Site Conditions

PDI Plus reserves the right to cancel or refuse inspection if the vehicle is:

  • Unavailable or inaccessible

  • Locked or without keys

  • Found in a workshop or unsafe condition

  • Excessively dirty or otherwise unsuitable for inspection

16. Image Availability Policy

Vehicle images captured during inspection will be retained for 7 days only. After this period, images will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved for disputes or future reference.

17. Use of Digital Tools and AI

PDI Plus may use digital tools, apps, or AI assistance to improve inspection efficiency. These tools do not replace human judgment, and complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed. The final report is based on inspector observations.

18. Data Storage & Retention Policy

We don’t store any kind of data of the users.

19. EV-Specific Limitations

For electric vehicles, no high-voltage systems or battery packs are opened or tested. The inspection is limited to externally visible and safe-to-check components only.

20. Client Consent

By booking an inspection with PDI Plus, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions and provides consent for the inspection to be carried out within the defined scope and limitations.

21. Showroom Conduct & Permission

PDI Plus conducts inspections only after mutual consent of both the customer and the showroom manager. If the showroom denies permission, inspections will not be carried out based solely on the customer’s request. Customers are required to obtain prior approval from the showroom before booking an inspection appointment.

In the event of any misbehavior, obstruction, or physical aggression by showroom staff toward our inspection team, the customer will be held responsible for ensuring cooperation with PDI Plus in addressing the matter. Our team visits the showroom solely with the customer’s consent and on the customer’s behalf, and PDI Plus has no direct relationship or responsibility toward showroom staff.
